Vibe Parties are simple, you just do what you are already doing - have your friends over. The only difference is that we will provide the excuse to have a party (if you need one that is!).
We provide a theme, a Party Pack and prizes to create a Party that you and your friends won’t forget.
Why a Vibe Party?
Our clients don’t want to spend money on ineffective marketing that doesn't give their consumers a real appreciation of the product or service they offer. Vibe Parties are a chance for our clients’ products and services to simultaneously be in thousands of homes, across the country with people who have a natural interest in their products.

How it works:
1. View and Enrol:
Visit Party Hall, look at the Party details, choose one and enrol to be a Host
2. Get Selected:
When you apply to become a Host you will be directed to a short Survey which expands your profile. It is from this information that we are able to select our Hosts. Approval to become a Host is divided into two parts,
- Answer the survey questions. Those survey responses will be judged by Vibe Village. Each survey response will be awarded a score based on the response. Top scores will more to having their party pre-approved.
- Confirm a minimum number of Guests that have been defined for your Vibe Party. Hosts that confirm the minimum guest count (as per party requirements), using the Vibe Village guest party dashboard and do this before the required number of Hosts positions are filled will have their party status Confirmed. Only then will you be shipped the Vibe Party Pack.
3. Party Management:
Because we know that a great Vibe Party is a well managed and planned party, Vibe Village will provide successful Vibe Party Hosts with the opportunity to manage their Vibe Party with their own personal Party Management Page. Think of it like a Facebook or MySpace page. The Party Management Page will enable Hosts to make their Party preparations easier and their reporting back to Vibe Village more seamless.
The Vibe Party Management Page will be the Vibe Hosts place where he or she can:
- Send invitations to their Guests so they can come and enjoy the fun
- Receive back RSVSPs' from their Guests. No more wondering who you have invited and whether or not they are coming to your Party.
- A discussion forum ('blogg") can be created so that Hosts can discuss what to wear, what to bring, games you want to play during the Vibe Party, ... whatever you want. A great way to stay in touch as you prepare for your Party.
- Post photos and videos of the fun you have had preparing for and having the Vibe Party itself. Why not show off all the creative things you've done with your friends at your Vibe Party.
4. Receive Vibe Party Pack:
One week before the Vibe Party is due to happend Vibe Village will send you the Vibe Party Pack with all those great goodies inside. If the products needs special handling and or refrigeration you may be asked to drop in to a central location to pick them up. We will be in contact with you to organise this.
5. Host Your Party!
Host your Vibe Party and share your Party Pack with your friends!
6. Submit a Report:
One of the key reasons that our clients want to run a house party is that they want to hear from you and know how you and your friends interact with their products. So it is up to you to let them know, by doing so you input in the future of these brands and of course you win rewards for submitting your feedback! We want to know everything; how the party went, what people thought of the product, things we should know about (good or bad) and what we should know for next time. You can also post pictures of your party and win even more rewards.
7. Receive rewards
This is the easy part - every Party Host is eligable for rewards.
